Project enquiries

When you send the enquiry form, your name, work email, chosen service, starting point and project description are stored in Invezoro’s enquiry database so we can reply to you. Only Invezoro admins can view them. To have an enquiry deleted, email admin@invezoro.in. The form also gives you a copy of your brief to download or send from your email app.

Invezoro Learn accounts and payments

When you create an Invezoro Learn account, your email and password are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; Invezoro never sees your password. Your name, phone number, college or company, and the courses you enrol in are stored in Invezoro’s database so we can run your batch, mentoring and placement support. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we store the payment id and amount, never your card or bank details. Only Invezoro admins can view these records. If you had an account on the earlier Invezoro site, your profile and enrolments are copied across the first time you sign in.

Learn messages and certificates

Messages sent through the Invezoro Learn contact form (name, email, optional phone, category, subject and message) are stored so we can reply. Internship certificates show the holder’s name, role, project and dates on a public verification page that anyone with the certificate id can open. To have your account, a message or a certificate deleted, email admin@invezoro.in.

Invezoro AI assistant

When you use the chat assistant, the messages in your conversation are sent to Invezoro’s server to prepare a reply. When AI replies are switched on, they are generated by Anthropic’s Claude models, which receive the conversation to answer it. Invezoro doesn’t keep chat transcripts on its server; the conversation stays in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab or start a new chat. Please don’t share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

Hosting and fonts

This website is hosted on Vercel, whose hosting and security systems process the technical request information needed to serve each page. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those files.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website: the pages viewed, how long they are viewed, the device and browser, and an approximate location. No cookies are set: a random visitor id and the current session are kept in your browser’s local storage, and each page view is sent to Google Analytics, which does not store IP addresses. We use these reports only to improve the website, not for advertising. You can clear this data in your browser settings, or block it with Google’s Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Local downloads

Downloaded briefs stay wherever your browser saves them. Please avoid including passwords, access keys, or sensitive records in a project brief.
